Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Bookery AI. This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard via the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You keep access to any books you have already created.
Refunds
Because the Service delivers AI-generated content immediately and consumes provider costs as you use it, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. As a goodwill exception, if you are a new subscriber and contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have used only a small portion of your monthly allowance, we will consider a full refund. Renewals (after the first period) are not eligible.
We may also issue refunds where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Billing problems
If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
